About the role

We’re looking for a commercially driven operator to help drive Brydge’s growth across partnerships, deal execution, and pipeline development. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, relationship-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business and partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth
• Build and manage relationships with corporates, suppliers, financial institutions, aggregators, and strategic partners
• Source, qualify, and manage commercial opportunities from origination to execution
• Coordinate with internal teams across operations, credit, finance, and leadership to ensure seamless deal execution
