About the role

We are looking for an experienced Deal & Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the company's financing ecosystem to support sustainable trade and merchant growth. The role focuses on sourcing financing opportunities, structuring transactions, developing lender and trade finance partnerships, expanding execution partner networks, and ensuring successful delivery of financed transactions from origination through completion..

Responsibilities

• Generate a strong pipeline of qualified merchants requiring trade finance solutions.
• Convert financing opportunities into bankable transactions by assessing, structuring, and packaging deals for lenders.
• Expand and strengthen the network of trade finance providers to increase funding capacity and execution speed.
• Develop strategic partnerships with logistics, clearing, freight forwarding, and other trade execution partners to support seamless transaction delivery.
• Design and implement monitoring and reporting frameworks that enhance financier confidence and ensure transaction transparency.
